What are your shipping fees?

We do not charge shipping.

When will my order be shipped?  Your order will be shipped within two days after payment.

When can I exchange an item?

Send a e-mail or letter to info@guggug.com with your request.

Guggug gives you the opportunity to return the ordered items if you are not satisfied with the size or quality of the article, this can be up to 7 working days. The article must be complete, undamaged and unused.

When you want to return an artikel to guggug the cost of transportation paid by the sender (you, the customer).

The responsibility of the articel during sending is entirely for the sender.

Keep the following in mind when you return an item:

Always send the product prepaid to us, unstamped returns are not received. Always add the invoice or a copy of the invoice so we know where the order originated.

How do I change or cancel an order?

To cancel or change order you recently completed, please contact our Customer Service Department as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, please keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.

What are my payment options?
